The Junior League of Austin (JLA) announced Town Lake (TX) Chapter member, Toya Cirica Bell, as JLA’s 2020 Volunteer Extraordinaire.  Each year the League awards this honor to a Sustaining member who “has utilized past League training to demonstrate and promote volunteerism into the community beyond their active years with the League.”
