“The Town Lake Chapter of The Links, Incorporated has truly been a blessing to me with the college scholarship. Because of their generosity and faith in me, I have the ability to complete my undergraduate degree and pursue a professional engineering degree. The Town Lake (TX) Chapter is a prestigious and charitable organization responsible for helping Austin ISD black students achieve higher education, and I am so proud to be a part of it.”

– John Williams, 2013 Recipient

“I appreciate The Links’ continued support in financing my college education. It’s hard to believe that I will actually be graduating in May! I’ve been very fortunate to attend this school and I will truly remember my experience here at Washington University. I’ve even been fortunate enough to have already found a job! I recently accepted a position from Mercer Human Capital Consulting in Chicago, IL as a Consulting Analyst with a start date of August 2008. I’m truly blessed to be in this position at this point in my senior year, and I attribute much of that to my education and background experiences throughout my college career as well as the support I’ve received from the Town Lake (TX) Chapter of The Links, Inc.”
