The Black Family Wellness Expo hosted by the Austin (TX), Town Lake (TX), and Lone Star (TX) Chapters of The Links, Incorporated, provided an array of health and wellness services to the Austin Community with a strategic focus on mental health and wellness information. The community received flu shots and blood pressure checks while participating in Zumba and Yoga. Healthy snacks were provided, and entertainment was even provided for the kiddos.
